The initial smell did not care for almost bug sprayish but then it morphs nicely into a more subtle fresh smell, just ok for me.

Sweeter than I expected it to be but not bad, I got compliments on it each time I wore it. It grew on me a little though not sure if I liked it enough to buy the whole bottle though

This scent reminds me of when Dwight dressed up as Jim in The Office, At first glance (sniff) you say, "ok, not bad, a pretty day to day thing", but as you get closer (as you continue to smell and have on you), it becomes uglier and uglier. Overall, the colgone isn't terrible, but it smells kinda like alcohol with a splash of a 25 dollar cologne I've bought before, not the best.

This is an interesting scent in my opinion. It has the spiciness that you get from lavender. But at the same time it has this note that's hard to describe. It's like a bright, kind of intense, almost pretty note. I'm guessing that it's from the combination of pink pepper and pineapple. Or it might just be the pink pepper. It makes this scent a lot different from most typical men's fragrances that include lavender. It's interesting. I think I would really enjoy being around someone who was wearing this one. I also think that it could easily be worn day or night - including to work. I think that for myself I would consider wearing it - yes, I wear men's fragrances. But I'm almost afraid that it would be one of the ones that end up smelling great until it hits my personal skin and then it turns into wet dog as it mixes with my pH.
