Just received & I already love it! It's name suites it well. It's very sweet smelling. At first it's a light, kind of fruity smell, as it's setting in im catching little hints of vanilla or caramel maybe, but not enough to make you smell like a cupcake. I'd describe this one as a sweet, young, delicate scent, but not junior high young lol more of a "young women" type scent. Not overpowering, it's just right. P

It's nice, just not what I was expecting based off the description. Very floral to me and not 'sweet like sugar' at all. Pro and con, the scent does stick around. I sprayed a small test puff in my bathroom to see if I liked it and it continued to radiate the perfume all day. Again, nice scent just not what I was expecting and not to my taste.

I am so disappointed with the quality of the fragrances. The bottles are so tiny, they dont last 1 month.. Maybe if the actual FRAGRANCES had a sweet smell, spicy, what ever it is supposed to be, at best it should at least let it linger. As a Good Quality perfume would and should..

At first I felt it was too sharp and synthetic with the fruit notes, but upon further use, I've come to enjoy the sweetness you get initially when you spray (as long as you don't put your nose on ight where you sprayed, then it may smell synthetic still), I especially love the marshmallow drydown, it definitely reminds me of candy. I do wish it lasted longer, like many of Ariana's perfumes in this line.

The smell is divine the only draw back is I wish it had a longer lasting power. It does unfortunately fade fast. My husband complimented how good I smelled, which is rare.

The 1st and only time I sprayed this selection it comes off very light and ultimately had a cheap finish. Definitely not one of my favs from the AG perfumes.

Sweet, light, and marshmallow heavy. This is an easy reach so much I went through a 1oz in a month. Longevity isnt there though. Might last about 2hrs or I go nose blind.

Smelled like candy as soon as I sprayed it. The scent lasted maybe 2 minutes. After, I would put my nose on my wrist and it smelled like play-do and rusty pennies or dimes.

I just bought a bottle of this perfume today. It was on my to try lists. I love the smell of this perfume. I am however not sure how long it lasts for but it seems to last a good amount of time from what I can tell after putting it on. I do not know If I would classify it as a aquatic smell cause to me it doesn’t remind me of water or anything aquatic for that matter.

Another one by Ari that doesn't disappoint. I've worn it twice since I got it and got about 10 compliments. It's nice and fruity and lightly sweet. Not overpowering. Wished the smell lasted all day but it lasts longer than most.

This is one of my new favorite scents. It does smell like candy but the fruitiness prevents it from being too sweet. Definitely a youthful fragrance, but I don’t mind because it smells so good. Wow! Sniffing it from the bottle I definitely thought this scent was going to be a bit simple and a little bit juvenile, like Pink Sugar. However once I applied it, it completely transformed into something amazing. Definitely still sweet and fruity, but at least on me the cashmere wood note comes out boldly in the background, so you originally get hit with this delicious sweet scent and then this base note of comforting, cozy wood. I cannot get enough.

This scent is strong and sweet, but it is so not for me. It reminds me of high school (2000s) when extra sweet perfume was all the rage. I’m pretty sure Victoria’s Secret has an obnoxious scent just like this. Vanilla, berries, and sugar. This is too youthful for anyone over 20. It does last a decent amount of time (unfortunately for me trying it out).

Love this scent! I like to layer it with 2 to 3 other perfumes/sprays but this is my absolute favorite baseline scent. It's sweet, but not sickeningly sweet like the prada candy scent. It lingers a little. Of course I wish it'd last longer but I do notice the scent can still be detected on my clothes hours later. I've gotten this scent a few times in my monthly subscription and have fallen in love with it so much, I finally got the big bottle.

Too light smells like something for a teen

The smell is lovely, but it does not last very long at all. You will have to reapply a lot. When the perfume wears off you can smell it very faintly that’s it. The smell of the perfume is great though, in my opinion of course.

This is completely biased based on my tastes and likes. I feel sweet like candy is a floral, flirty, yet mature fragrance. It is more musky and floral than most candy or sweet claiming perfumes. It's not as sweet as pink sugar although it does have a hint of marshmallow and sweetness to it when allowed to sit. I wouldn't wear it to be a sweet pink princess but I would wear it if I was going to a formal garden or outside type of event. Again it is centered around flowers more than candy. A great scent if this is your taste though! My personal rating is 3 stars only because it is not my type of smell but it is long lasting and strong but not overpowering.

Sweet like Candy is one of my favorites and I order additional monthly supplies of it regularly. It has a sweet scent (but not too sweet). The scent lasts throughout the day and I still can smell hints of it when I am getting ready bed. I get many compliments when I wear it.

I liked this one a lot. It's a soft, sweet smell that I enjoy. It smells very similar (to me anyway) to Juicy Couture La Fleur and has that lingering scent reminiscent of pretty much all the Juicy perfumes, but softer, which is a plus in my opinion. This one would be great for daytime/office or a casual date night. It doesn't have a ton of sillage, but it does last for a decent amount of time. I'll be adding this one to my rotation. If it helps, other perfumes in this sweet category I enjoy are Fantasy by Britney Spears and So Pretty by Kensie. It's about on par with those in terms of sweetness.

I think this is my favorite of her fragrances. It’s sweet and sexy. Not 12 year old sweet but a grown up version. The sweet mixes with marshmallows and cream into perfection. I think it lasts a good amount of time but we always want more of course. I would definitely buy a bottle of this and I definitely might.

Well…the name says it all! It’s definitely VERY sweet. I have a highly sensitive sense of smell so can detect the cashmere woods and marshmallow which help to moderate the pure sugariness (is that even a word???) of the fragrance. It is certainly a light, lovely fragrance. Doesn’t last very long at all unfortunately. I’ve enjoyed the Ariana Grande perfumes I have smelled. This one, like the others, is a very youthful scent. Good for daytime wear in the warmer months.

Love this one. I thought it may be too sweet but it’s actually very nice. My daughter also loves it. But it really doesn’t stay with you at all sadly.

Lovely sweet scent, almost like cotton candy- Sweet but not Cheap Sweet like a body spray. Scent lingers longer with more sprays, normal use I'd say a couple hours but a extra couple sprays during the day is just right. Definitely will be in my top 3 go-to when I wear perfume. Even for someone like me in mid-late 30's the scent is nice enough to not be childish but youthful and flirty, LOVE IT!

I guess I was hoping for more toasted marshmallow and less vanilla, but this still smells pretty darn good. Very strong vanilla up front, but the warm down reveals hints of blackberry and sugar. This is a youthful gourmand that I think would be better for cooler months. Nice and sweet without being too much.

I am obsessed with the scent, only bad thing is it does not last all day like some of the other perfumes I have tried.

After reading reviews and watching them online, I expected this fragrance to be more of a sour hard candy smell. To me, it smells more like a young sexy dark berry champagne-like scent. I love this smell. The longevity about 2-4 hours with 5 sprays on my skin. I would say this scent are for 15-35 or maybe a little older if you're into the whole school girl role-playing thing lol. This is either spring, or year round to me.

Smells so wonderful, it had the sweetness of fruit and candy with a slight just slight flower. It has that joyful, youthful feel to it and you can't help but feel so happy putting it on not only do you smell good you feel good about yourself, who doesn't want that!???

Love this fragrance. It is sweet - but then mixed with my body chemistry after about 20 min it toned to more of a musky, earthy fragrance. My husband didn't like it when I first put it on as he thought it was like cotton candy -but later in the day he could not stop smelling me! I gave it 4 vs 5 stars because the fragrance only lasted -for me - about 3-4 hours ...then it was totally gone.

This is one of my favorite scents ever besides juicy couture Viva la juicy. It has a sweet delicious smell. I love sweet smelling perfumes like this, Viva la juicy and pink sugar. I've been trying to find something close to Viva la juicy and pink sugar and this definitely was what I was looking for.

I really like this scent. Unfortunately it doesn't last very long. I think I can smell it for maybe 30 minutes, and then it's gone. Other than that, it's a very fun and soxy scent.

I was really impressed with this fragrance, it’s the first of Ariana Grande’s that I’ve gotten to smell, and the name couldn’t be more fitting. I love the sweetness to it, it’s very feminine and sexy. It’s got fruity, creamy, and even some floral notes, and they all mesh really well together. It’s a long lasting scent, which is one of my top priorities when shopping for a fragrance. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it’s a little reminiscent of Britney Spear’s Fantasy (a perfume I could go the rest of my life without have to smell again). I definitely recommend though.

This is my new "go to" fragrance by Ariana Grande. The fragrance is AWESOME!! It has good projection and stays with you through out the day. It has great transitional notes that compliment each other making everything smooth and exciting!!

I really wanted to like this, but as the name states it is sweet. Just way too sweet for my taste. It does not smell bad, just too sweet. Very much a pre-teen to teen type scent.

It smells so good! 10 minutes later...barely there. Huge disappointment. I have been pretty lavish with it - if it were almost any other scent on my vanity, I’d be running away from myself - but this should change its name to ‘Vanishing Act’

I've almost gotten all of the Arianna Grande line. All of them are really sweet smelling and last awhile. This one particular is one of the lighter smelling ones. It's not too sweet but has a bit of a musk and floral smell. It's pairs well with escada celebrate now.

To me it smells like what grapefruit tastes like with the skin on at first. But once it settles it turns into a baby powder, floral scent and subtle sweetness. Only after an hour or so I can pick up the vanilla scent. It's a nice perfume but I don't think I'd pick it again.

This is not a scent that I would wear very often- it is a very "young" scent. If you are thinking of buying a gift for a preteen or younger teenager, this would be a good bet. I think it would wear better in a rollerball than it does in an atomizer.
