Definitely intense. I will be getting the original soon as the intense version settles into a nice fragrance for summertime.

I smelled the bottle first and it smelled strongly like alcohol. I have it a shot because they usually smell different on. Nope. It smells like scented hand sanitizer to me. I washed it off after.

Light Blue Intense ironically just was not Intense. I suppose it must be difficult to make a long-lasting fresh-smelling scent with staying power even if you ARE a major design house. Due to this fact, I rated it only 3 stars. For about 30 minutes it smells like lemon-citrus abundantly fresh but then after that it dissipates into nothing reminiscent of its former glory. It just loses all scent as if nothing was ever applied which, for the price, is not worth the money at about 20 minutes of scent per spray. To me, waste of money! Plus, who wishes to spend all day reapplying?

I loved the smell. A mix of musty,fresh, and mature. The longevity is about 4 hrs with 3 sprays. Wish it did last longer but still a wonderful go to spray for work.

Great summer fragrance that lasts all work day. Put it on in the morning and people can smell me about 3 feet away. By the evening it's a skin scent but I would say I get about 8 hours of good projection from it before it starts to weaken. Wouldn't say it's a date night fragrance but one that is during the day on those hot humid days where you don't want to wear a scent. This is the one that you wear when you should wear a fragrance but don't want to due to temp. Scent description: light woodsy with citrus and the hint of musk for longevity that is not floral at all. Image walking through the woods on a warm summer day with a cut lemon hanging close around neck while you eat a green apple. Will definitely be buying a full bottle of this.

I love this fragrance! I’ve received multiple compliments on it. It smells heavy when first applied but dissipates into a nice fresh scent. Downside it doesn’t last long. It does require multiple applications throughout the day. That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I like the smell but prefer the original light blue which I feel is brighter and fresher. As the description says, this one reduces the citrus and enhances the floral, and the citrus notes are my favorite part of light blue. Stars deducted because for me personally I don’t fight anything intense about this. I found the longevity to be just as poor as light blue.

This is a great everyday scent, worthy of being a signature fragrance. Light, fresh, crowd-pleasing, and definitely better lasting power than the original Light Blue. I revisited this line by getting the Intense sample; although I liked it better than the original, I think I'm personally a bit over this scent. I smell it all the time and maybe just fell out of love as I used to wear it all the time. It's definitely worth trying the Intense if you are a fan of Light Blue though. I feel like there's a bit more musk in the dry down that's really pleasant.

As a huge fan of Light Blue, the Intense did just what I had hoped. For me it’s something I’ll use to transition from day to night while maintaining the same scent profile.

I love the regular light blue so I decided to give this one a try in hopes that it would last longer. I prefer the smell of the regular light blue but this one still smells great! The scent does seem to linger a little longer but the difference in scent makes it not worth it IMO. I still give it 5 stars because it does smell great!

This scent gets stuck in my nose because there is a really strong peppery smell to it in my opinion. I can't even handle one spray without a super strong pepper scent lingering all day on me and up my nose even when I hold my breath. I still gave it 2 starts because of how long lasting this is and strong, and also my husband likes this.

A pretty, fresh summer scent. Ultimately not one I'll buy full-size; I will happily use it up though! :-) I personally find the apple & lemon combo to be a tad too "tart" for my liking as compared to Acqua di Gioia for instance - another very summery scent that I tried (and love) with a profile that just strikes me as softer. I'll put in a plug for the Scentbox service though - I've been a customer for 7 months now (2 frags per month) - I went into this with the goal of building a nice perfume collection, not a huge collection, mind you... but one where I SIMPLY ADORE every scent on the tray! To get a generously sized sample that you can test the scent thoroughly AND compare and contrast it to others, BEFORE plunking down money on full-size product - genius! I just love this business model. And, even though there's a return feature, the one fragrance that I really didn't like I passed on to a friend who DID like it - so, share the wealth, win/win! I could see myself doing this service again at some point down the road, perhaps just to test out some new fragrances that came onto the market in the meantime.

This is definitely one of my favorites! The citrus hits you first and it smells like heaven. Then the musky woodsy undertones wrap your senses in warmth and richness. With each spritz it's like it's saying " Hello Sunshine, let's go have an adventure!" I absolutely love it!

Nice fresh scent, works great as a pick-me-up. I usually prefer darker more unisex type fragrances, or gourmand, but needed something lighter for the warmer months and this delivered. Definitely had some of the more woody notes on dry down that sit really close to the skin, which I enjoy. The initial spray is very fresh citrus/floral which is a good balance as it kept the scent from being too astringent. Overall pleasant and easy to wear. Lasts about 4 hrs or so then becomes more of a skin scent. Moderate sillage.

Great but don’t expect simply a stronger version of the original. This is a different fragrance- a bit more synthetic and more citrus notes. Also not as long lasting. Not a love but I like it.

Love the classic light blue, and tried the intense for the first time in my first scentbox. Still has the scent I love but with more punch. It’s a scent that’s fresh, clean , citrusy and reminds me of the ocean. I’ll definitely add this along with the light blue in my fragrance rotation. It’s a long lasting scent, that can last for a while.

This was only my second month fragrance. I chose this one since it was so highly recommended. It is too clean smelling to me. It smells like regular Dove soap. Nothing perfumy about this scent. Not only did I not like it, but my husband and 17 year old daughter didn't either. I love that Scentbox allows us to exchange what we don't like. I would hate to be stuck with this scent. If you like smelling like soap all day, then this is for you!

I realize that I am a little late to the Light Blue scene. Perfumes in general, but for those who also are... I LOVE this scent. I didn't really expect to honestly, as it's not my normal style. The first thing that I noticed when I sprayed it is that my taste buds reacted. My mouth watered up...I absolutely love how many of my senses that this perfume stirred. I would absolutely grab a big bottle of this. It's not necessarily a winter fragrance...which is when I am writing this review, but it is likely to be my signature during the later spring, and summer.

It smells really good/fresh and is the longest lasting perfume either of us has ever used.I also tried the non intense version and loved it just as much.Now I will say you will either love it or hate it because it can come off as "old lady perfume" but to us it just smelt clean and expensive

It's an okay scent. On the masculine side, and a bit strong at first. But also kind of smells like an Abercrombie store. This isn't the scent I think of when I think "citrus". Going to give it another try though! But thinking about returning it.

This scent is kind of strange in that when I first sampled it in stores I hated it and I thought it was just absolutely freakin' terrible and I was surprised because I love the original Light Blue. But after spending more time with it at home it smells completely different than that first experience. Now I find it to be a cool, crisp scent similar to the original but a little bit more floral - like a white floral - light and airy. It's very pretty and feminine but what I'd call modernly feminine.

My first box came with this scent and true to some reviews, it's a fun but sexy scent for summer. It starts citrus, kinda fruity and strong then it mellows down into a fresh and clean scent. It lasted long on me, and that's a great factor. This scent is good for going out on a short trip with family or friends or your special one. It's not a romantic date night kinda scent. I have to try the og light blue soon to smell the difference.

Couldn’t smell any fruity or citrus notes. There was a heavy musky note that really bothered my sinuses and gave me a headache, sadly it was unwearable for me

I owned the regular light blue perfume years ago when it first came out and I loved the scent so I was excited to try the intense version since people say the scent lasts longer. It goes on strong but I didn’t feel like I could smell it on myself very long at all. To me because of the intensity I feel that this version leans more unisex. It doesn’t have the fresh airy feel that the original has but it is a good fragrance.
