While I do like scents with woodsy notes, I tend to lean brighter and more citrusy. But THIS is probably one of my top 3 scents of all time! I feel like the scent is very present all day without being heavy or overbearing.

I love this. It is a different smell, hard to describe but I Love love love it. I tend to lean toward the Amber's, musk, peony, jasmine smells. Woodsy with a slight masculine small hint of flowers smell. This hits all of those . It has only one ingredient, Cetalox, this is the only true 100% hypo allergenic scent in the world. It is meant to smell like skin but better.

This perfume was a bit underwhelming. I was expecting a warm vanilla scent, but it turned out to have a very soapy, almost neutral aroma. The fragrance was quite faint, which might work for someone who prefers something subtle, but it didn’t stand out for me. It’s just OK on its own, but it could work better layered with another scent to bring out more personality.

I really enjoy this perfume and probably would purchase it in the future. On my skin it gives a nice musky sexy scent that I enjoy, but it’s really strong on me so 1 or 2 sprays is just enough and very long lasting.

I was really disappointed with this when I tried it. I was really hoping for something stronger, even just a little bit. I can barely smell it. It's almost like a skin scent but slightly stronger, I guess. I suppose it's clean and slightly musky, but it's so weak, I don't think I would use it for anything.

Reading these reviews... It must be REALLY different on everyone. I'm just getting a woody musk that's not as pleasant as I was expecting. Kind of disappointed, but it does get a tiny bit better each time I use it. I can't imagine mixing it with anything else as suggested though.

It really is “not a perfume”! For me the fragrance is hard to pin down. It’s soft feminine and clean like clean skin. I think it would be easy to pair with other scents. I really enjoyed it. I took off a star for longevity. I’m considering purchasing a full bottle.

I'm not sure how to rate this. I'm also not sure how to use it. I will say for me there is a LIGHT scent that is very pleasant. But it is so light that it doesn't last long. and I'm not entirely sure how to layer it with other scents. I tried it with jimmy choos fever and I "think" it made it last longer than normal.

Didn't like it at first but decided to try this with a pheromone roll and it was so much better! Definitely layer this under any of your regular perfumes for a long lasting, strong noted scent. It enhances your natural smell as well so wear it under just pheromone scents!

I absolutely love this perfume. I ordered one that I really hated and ordered this for the exchange. I am so glad I did. This smells super sexy and sophisticated. If you like Versace crystal noir, you will definitely love this one.

Initially, I didn’t like it. The fragrance was just too light- I could barely smell it- and it faded within 5 minutes. But then I decided to use it for what it is: a base note. I layered it under my Glossier You.. and lo and behold! It accentuated the other notes and even made the fragrance stronger! So this is definitely a great fragrance for layering with and accentuating your other perfumes!

I actually really like how this smells on me but it seems to fade on my skin quickly. However it stays on my clothes longer. I would maybe consider a small bottle of this.

I can’t describe it well but it just smells like a general perfume. The kind that isn’t sweet or powdery or musky. I wasn’t a fan and luckily it didn’t stay for very long on my wrist because I just didn’t like it.

My skin tends to eat this stuff up, a really great scent otherwise, deep musk and slight leather scent, I would dump this stuff on if I could.

Not what I was expecting. I love very soft, light, skin scents. But I was not in love with this one. I honestly could hardly tell it was there, which of course is sort of what skin scents are supposed to be about. However, this one was WAY too light and I could hardly tell it was even on.

I actually got compliments from my volleyball team which was surprising since I thought the smell dissipated almost immediately. I sprayed about 8-10 times to get it to smell more than 20 minutes, I think others could get a whiff but I couldn’t smell it almost immediately. I do like it though! Wish it was more pungent or lasted longer.

I am obsessed with this perfume. After wearing a sample size for a week I went out and bought the biggest bottle I could find. This comes off as so chic and light. Definitely fitting for a woman in her 20s/30s, and is appropriate in all settings in my opinion. Long wearing and good sillage without being overpowering. Cannot get enough of this one.

When I first sprayed it I actually thought it had a very acrid alcohol smell to it, but that quickly went away and a very lovely and subtle scent was left over. It's light and easily wearable at any time of the day. It smells very clean, sort of like fresh soap without it being soap. Very woodsy.

This will produce a different smell on each person. I get a clean, slightly powdery, slightly sweet, hint of citrus smell. Works great for me, it’s not long lasting like some perfumes I prefer. Great for the office because it’s not strong. Like the bottle says ‘not a perfume’. Think about it like salt.. you add salt to food to enhance the flavor. That’s kind of what this is, it’s made to just complement your natural scent. It’s a good perfume for layering as it adds an oomph and depth. Will probably buy a full bottle.

There really isn't anything that I can say about this scent. I was really excited because there are so many high reviews. But I received the scent today and I immediately sprayed some on my wrist. It was a very alcohol smell. Once it dried... nothing. And I mean nothing. There is no smell at all. Needless to say, I immediately started the exchange program for my next perfume. I'm very interested in why I don't mell anything. Interesting and I plan to find out what I can about it. As far as the review, too bad. I read some really great ones. Mine just has to be a one. And the rest of the review where you pick from a list. Doesn't really apply to me. Beause I don't know.

I was so intrigued about this based on the descriptions and that is has no allergans. It did absolutely nothing for me. I even waited to see how it would react with my chemistry, but three was no difference. Such a bummer. I returned it.

I wanted to love this one. The first spray was not good, but it dried down nice. But then it was gone very quickly.

At first spray, I smell a burst of spring wildflowers (which I didn't like). However, the scent totally changes once it dries down. At dry down, it smells more like vanilla mixed with something I can't quite put my finger on. This is a somewhat intriguing scent. I like that it has some longevity to it, as I can still smell it on myself hours later. I'm happy that I chose this one for my Scent Box. I think this would be a safe choice for anyone. It's not a mature scent, but it's also not a super juvenile/youthful scent either. It's modern. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because although I like it, it's not incredibly amazing or a scent that I would purchase to add to my collection.

Okay I was so excited about this product because it sounded so cool and I heard that it smells different on everybody depending on the person’s skin chemistry but to me, the smell is kinda generic and VERY faint. It smells clean But it does not last very long and you cant smell it on yourself. I’m not sure if maybe other people can smell it but I can’t. The woody musk notes are stronger than the others but here is the funny thing…. The longer it’s on.. the better it smells!!! This perfume is SO DIFFERENT from the common floral, gourmand, fresh woman perfume. I feel like a man could wear this as well. I tried this perfume alone and also I heard you could wear it as a “foundation/base scent”, I THOUGHT THAT WAS SO INTERESTING!! I did some research and in fact this perfume is special, besides creating a pheromone effect when wearing it alone or layered (if you don’t know what pheromone is, it’s like a scent that TURNS PEOPLE ON, LITERALLY!!) it is also one of the only perfumes in the market that DOES NOT contain any allergens!! Smells good. Not like anything in particular just like you smell good. Layers really nice under other perfumes.

This IS not a perfume. It’s a GAME CHANGER. Ordering again.

This is my 3rd time ordering this fragrance from Scentbox and the only reason i still haven't ordered the full size of it - its the fact that I noticed that it stays less noticeable on my skin compare to my first veal. I tried to spry it on damp skin as well as used other tricks that supposed to increase longevity of its smell- but unfortunately, neither myself nor people around me wont notice it after couple hours of applying. I might try some of their other fragrances (so far Juliette and vanilla vibes are those 2 I have tried already), but I heard a controversial reviews about almost each and every one of these line fragrances. However, I still consider this fragrance one of the best Scentbox has to offer.

I did not enjoy how this smelt on me. Not a perfume is a good descriptor though, as it gives not so much as a smell as an ambiance to the area. To me this smells very musky and spicy, but a scent you are unable to place.

My husband said he liked it but I couldn’t smell anything. That’s never happened to me before, I have a good sense of smell. I guess my nose can’t pick up on whatever is in this.

Very light scent which is difficult to pick up on my body. I’ve heard nothing but great things about this scent so I’m a little surprised I find it so lackluster. We all have different body chemistry, right?

If I could give this perfume more stars I would, as this is my all time favorite perfume. The scent is has a woody type earth smell with tones of musky amber aroma.

Not the usual type of parfum I order, but it has such an addictive scent. I was definitely pleasantly surprised by this one. Reminds me of a sweet soap smell but… with more dept and richness.

Smells alright, but it’s not lying when they say it’s not a perfume! It’s a barely-there-smell that doesn’t smell good or bad, it’s kind of underwhelming..

This smell makes men chase me down and stand downwind of me so they can just smell me.

I am really enjoying this scent. I often get terrible migraines and unfortunately perfumes and scents overall are one of my triggers. I remember over a decade ago at the time I started developing migraines, I was at work and I was wearing my fave scent at the time and the perfume started making me feel so sick I went to the restroom attempting to wash it off as much as possible. So throughout the years perfumes became a sort of enemy. The only scent I truly enjoy is Classic Febreze and I can spray it everywhere, I would often say I wish they made a body mist. A few years ago I came across a body mist at Pink called Fresh and Clean, I buy a few bottles every quarter just in case they ever discontinue it, and it’s the only scent I accidentally happened to find that I’ve been able to tolerate. However, with any perfume or body mist, if I can tolerate it, I still wear it very sparingly (I tend to tolerate scents in the evening time or right after a shower). Over the last yr I’ve been wishing I was more into perfumes, whenever I would watch luxury videos and they would talk about perfumes my relationship towards perfumes became more of a love hate relationship. One of my fave YouTubers was making recommendations for perfumes and the couple she would described would be said to smell fresh, clean, and like soap. I’ve been meaning to take my Pink Fresh and Clean bottle to a retail store that sold a variety of scents to attempt to find one similar, but living in California with crazy traffic it just never became a priority. So to conclude my long story, I realized I could simply type fresh, clean, soapy perfumes and it’s a large community like myself that have a hard time tolerating scents, work in a field that requires no overbearing scent, or simply enjoy smelling like soap. I took the first YouTuber suggestion and tried JHAG “Not A Perfume” and I love it. I’m glad I used this platform to try my new retail addiction lol. It’s fresh it’s clean, and to me it has staying power. I can still smell some of this perfume lingering in my room from the time I wore it and sprayed a good amount and I love it when I’m laying down and the scent comes across my nose. Even if I weren’t sensitive to smells I would still be picky, because I work with a large group of women of various ages, I never wanted to be the overbearing women with the old lady scent. Lastly my Dad loves cologne and he loves all things smell good, growing up my Dad would not measure out the laundry detergent when doing laundry he would use his idea of enough soap, but at school people would compliment me on how good I smelt and asked what I was wearing I said nothing, but unbeknownst to me it was our laundry detergent. So I followed in his washing laundry steps to smell downy soft.

Great scent. Smells a little like D&G Light Blue but different. Lasts a while and makes me feel happy when I catch the scent.

This perfume scent is exquisite!, very elegant and sophisticated, sexy and warm. Girl.., dress up put on your jewels and get out in a date :)

My absolute favorite ever!

It’s kind of gender neutral which I like. I wouldn’t say it would be a scent a guy would wear but it seems right in the middle for me.

Very light barely noticeable fragrance. In eight hours after I sprayed it on my skin I got a compliment that I smell very nice.

I was expecting this to be something that I would love but it was really just something that I could barely smell. It's light which is good for some people and it's not overwhelming but I guess I want my perfume to smell like perfume. It's not my type of scent and I really can't describe it because I could barely smell it.
