Blue Cypress is a woody aromatic perfume that captures the soul of Australia's ancient Kakadu region, where morning light burns away the mist and dew lifts from eucalyptus and cypress forests.
Australian Blue Cypress blends with Lavender, Patchouli, Clove and Star Anise to create a crisp, grounding fragrance.
A sophisticated fragrance of rich woods and exotic spices that is at once invigorating and grounding, Blue Cypress is a journey through a sun speckled Northern Australian forest as the morning dew evaporates from the soft new leaves of the towering cypress and gum trees.
Cobalt colored Australian Blue Cypress extract provides a fragrantly woody base, lifted by a fusion of lively lavender and exotic patchouli, with fiery notes of clove and star anise lending energy and edge. This fusion of notes is exciting and fresh, but also substantial, with impressive depth and character, simply put, Blue Cypress is an unforgettable adventure.

At first spritz this smells aquatic, which worried me because I'm not a fan of that fragrance category. I had nothing to worry about as the very light, non-headache inducing aquatic start dried down to a more earthy green scent. It is more aquatic than woodsy or green. At forst spritz it can smell masculine duento the water nature ofnit but the other compnents soften the masculinity of it. It initially can be smelled a foot or so away but fades into a close scent over the hours. I can still smell in my wrists hours later. I think this would be a better summer than spring scent. I do adore this scent and have been wearing it almost daily since it arrived. It is very different from what Inusually wear. I will use my full monthly order. Time will tell if I buy a full bottle but I am leaning towards it.
I like this scent, but it does lean a bit masculine. It is a crisp, botanical aquatic and on me there is a strong minty note that really lingers. I am layering it with citrusy florals like D&G Blue and Chanel Chance to make it a little more feminine and springy and I really like the combo. Very modern.
This is a very masculine scent, and the Cyprus eucalyptus are both very prevalent in the smell. I wrongly thought this was a unisex choice, but it is a very masculine and clean smelling scent. The eucalyptus is heavy and lingers. The only reason I didn’t get five stars as it does smell very much like soap.
