Good. Kinda reminds me of Grandpa's musk but settled nicely.

My initial reaction when I got this fragrance was that it was *very* different from the other subscription picks I've tried. Different in this case is good. I won't try to describe it, you can read the list of what's in it. I would say that without going full boutique or high end price, this is a really nice scent to stand out a bit, be unique, and it's good for work and play.

Smells live a bar of soap last like 30 minutes top then gone

It has a very different smell, a lot different you'd expect. You can sense the black pepper and coriander and a little sweet. However it doesn't stay for too long. If it stayed for long, then definitely a good buy.

The smell itself is really nice, everyone who smelled it likes it it does last about 5-6 hours but after first hour it sits very close to your skin and others wont smell it unless hug you or stuff their nose in you lol

This is a great fragrance to have in one's collection. I think it can be worn all year and for most occasions. It's a bit on the sweet side (masculine) but with great tonka and aromatic notes. It's longevity is ok.

I would actually give this scent 4.5*. We all have different body chemistry when it comes to colognes and scents. This scent is soft, smells of an an "upscale body powder", not overpowering and it sits close to the skin. Walking past someone, they will smell the fragrance, but, if you're sitting across the table from someone, they may not smell it. This can be worn everyday and for any occasion.

When I first signed up for Scentbox I enjoyed wearing a new scent to the office and getting the candid reviews of my female co-workers. Sometime they would love a scent that I felt indifference (Acqua Di Gio). or vice verse (A-man, Thierry Mugler). This scent is light and might be an office safe choice. I do not like it. The top notes are ok, but those dissipate quickly leaving the middle of baby powder. My female companion said it smelt like fancy laundry detergent. I don't really get any base notes, just more baby powder.

One of my least favorite in the "black" category. Has a very odd smell. Almost cheap smelling. You want a great "black" go with Hugo Boss Bottled Night. It's amazing.

Not a fan

I like the way this scent smelled and it lasted a long time. However, it did smell much more formal that I had anticipated and it smelled too old for me. I’m 27 but really felt this was a scent more for my dad.

Good performance and longevity but don’t like the smell itself. Very heavy on the lavender.

Love this Frag!! Now, I dont know if it's me or my untrained nose, but I put this in my queue along with CH Men Prive...(I get 2 frags per month) They both have the same vibe going...I mean, they smell almost identical!! Both are great and I will be getting a full bottle of F Black for sure!!!

This scent is lovely. It has a lovely essence with great hang time. The sillage on the scent is amazing.
