This doesn't smell at all like it used too. I remember it being much cleaner and spicier as a scent. Smells like they added a powdery note which I'm not crazy about. It also smells a bit rancid to me like it's been sitting on the shelf too long. I used to love this fragrance 15 years ago but I really have a hard time wearing the sample I was sent. If you wore this to the gym you would be offending a lot of people. I don't understand why they don't have a powdery or peppery option under fragrance family because it doesn't fulfill any of the other categories.

this isn't for everyone but I like it. I used to wear it all the time in my teens. It still smells good but my body doesn't wear it like it used to.

I probably wouldn't buy a full bottle but I think it might work with other people's chemistry just not mine.

It's a basic floral. I don't get much of the spice from the pepper and ginger, but it's a nice inoffensive fragrance for spring. I'll enjoy my sample from this month but will probably not purchase another.

I yet have to try kayaking this fragrance with a base lotion, because few a few sprays it won’t last at all on my skin. The tone is fresh right when I apply it to my skin. It makes me think of water, the ocean or a calm lake also of fresh clean laundry. At the end when it settles you can smell a present powdery essence. It has some citrus to it and also a mild, really mild sweetness to it. I still don’t think that it is my favorite, because it doesn’t speak more than a skin scent and it doesn’t last at all. It’s hard for me, because I want to find a fragrance that is citrusy yet sexy, that has some light sweet notes to it, no wood or leather smell to it, that it can be smelled at least an arms length and that it lasts at least 3 hrs. Maybe I’m dreaming too much or maybe I’ll find it.

No fruity or peppery notes. It literally smells like cheap grandma perfume and is overwhelmingly floral.

This has been the perfume I reach for since I can't seem to find my fave (Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet). This has a similar scent profile, but Miss Dior BB is a bit brighter, this feels more warm and perfume-y -- if that makes sense.

This is the spring-time scent I've been looking for! It goes on a little strong, but mellows out to a very well-balanced floral. The ginger and citrus notes add some depth and sophistication without making it overly sweet. Longevity and sillage are decent, people can smell it but it doesn't overpower the room. Youthful and light, but with that bit of spice that makes it ageless. I guess it doesn't mesh with everyone's body chemistry, but it smells exquisite when I wear it.

This use to be my signature scent when I was in high school which was like back in 2005. I decided to give it a try again. And I still love it!!!!!! It's a very subtle scent, feminine, and can be worn all year round! So it's a great everyday perfume and it lingers very well (in a good way).

I love this fragrance. I remember buying the gift set inclusive of the fragrance, shower gel and body lotion years ago! It is a floral/spicy scent that's not too strong and is great for everyday wear.

Sample was ok, but I wouldn't purchase it. Scent is ok, but not as "clean" or "fresh" as I like.

...this weren't so hugely popular. Still, it's one of my favorites. It's also everyone else's favorite and I suppose that's why I don't wear it nearly as much as I used to. Each time I wear it, the entire world tells me how "marvelous" I smell. It's a fairly predictable and "safe" scent - and very pretty. I think, though, that my favorite thing about it is the staying power when I layer it over body oil. Shower, oil, Miracle Body Creme, Miracle Eau de Parfum. Get dressed. Lasts all day on me. My mother-in-law tells me I smell like a "wondrous flower garden." Well yes, I suppose I do - since this is a floral-carnation scent. :) Still - it IS lovely - I just wish it could be more of a signature for me - because I DO love it. It's simply not assertive or compelling. I've been told I'm an assertive and compelling woman - and girlish florals don't usually work on me. This does. But not in an assertive or compelling way. :) It's more a swish of crinolined lilac taffeta than sleek rippling black silk. Still - I love it. I certainly won't stop wearing it, but I'm glad for my other, more mysterious scents.

Nice for an every day perfume. Can be considered too flowery if you put on too much. Somewhat chemical, but you get what you pay for with perfume.

I love this fragrance. I got it in a package with shower gel and lotion. Even with layering, I couldn't smell anything an hour later and neither could anyone else. I hate that and it happens so often with me. It really makes internet shopping a challenge, especially since we are rural her and I don't have an opportunity to test everything. I will give 4 stars because the scent is wonderful but if you have dry skin, it may not last on you even with layering, vaseline, etc.

Last week I went to a dept. store, then I passed Lancome counter. I tried to spray a little bit lancome miracle. But I quite surprised because the scent was different with the miracle-Lancome that I knew before. The new scent is terrible just like a cheap fragrance that makes your throat feel bitter

Hello Cheryl! Thanks for the suggestion. I just now looked at this bulletin and found your suggestion. We must be on the same page, because I did try Miracle Intense. Unfortunately, it just didn't seem right for me; like the scent was too different than the original Miracle? You know how that chemistry thing can be. Too bad these perfume makers just can't give us our money's worth in the first place and put a higher concentration of fragrance in their formulas. Oh well!

i invested on a small bottle... i loved it.. many didn't really notice the scent until they are like standing near you... but afterwards they don't seem to wanna break the contact :) and i'm buying a bigger bottle!..

I love this fragrance! This is another fragrance that I wear in the daytime. Can't wear too much though; you'll get some sort of remark, whether they're nice or naughty.

The opening is great and unique. But after an hour or so it (only one spritz on my arm) becomes too strong. Soooo sweet that it is like sour candy! Can't stand it.

this was just ok for me. at first, it smelled great and i really liked it. it had a very nice, somewhat sweet smell but after an hour or two, it started to be a little too strong for me and gave me a headache. i'm not sure what it was but perhaps i used too much which i normally don't do for the sake of the public! i'll keep wearing it in very small, rather inconspicuous amounts to see how that fares.

smell..........bottle..........name........everything is perfect. It starts with a bit strong notes but not offensive though and drydown is just perfect.........soff, fresh and sexy. Doesn't have a good staying power. But it is the case with almost all light florals so i am not complaining.

try "miracle intense" if you want the same scent alittle stonger and will last much longer !!

It's just that horribly sharp note (the pepper or lychee note, I think) that ruins the composition (which would otherwise be nice but a little bland).

Soft floral fragrance that gets noticed. The more I wear it, the more I like it! It's a very unique blend of notes that works well on me.

This is a very pretty scent, and different too, but unfortunately it really doesn't last that long on me. I did receive a compliment on it one day even though I really couldn't smell it on myself anymore! It's also kind of expensive too, and I hate to invest in a new scent that doesn't stay with me. I discovered it from a free sample I received, and your comments posted here have been helpful too. I think I'll think about this one for a little while; although if you really have to think about a scent, perhaps that's saying something!

Manifesto by Rossallini is 100% nicer than miracle but has the same smell but fresher and less lychee. Oxygene is fresher but has the same celery/pepper tone as miracle, envy is greener but slightly the same, hot couture has the same pepper but with raspberry and finally true love has the same sweetness but is lacking the pepper. try them and see!

it has a great scent and a great name. whenever i wear it, i feel refreshed. it reminds me of 'him'. but he has left me. miracle is a name of perfume for me. i can't regain him. no miracle for me in life.

I love this scent, but it doesn't last. I bought the body cream in the jar, the intense version of the perfume and it is gone in less than 2 hours after it is applied. I don't know if it is my chemistry, but the newer lighter scents aren't working for me.

I was initially drawn to this fragrance by the pretty bottle. I liked the way it smelled in the bottle, but when I spritzed some on it quickly became very cloying. Perhaps its my body chemistry, but didn't care for it after wearing it.

Nice for the summer IMHO. Refreshing, good chemistry with my skin. Also, I now it's stupid for 30 year old woman, but Uma Thurman's adds (who I adore), helped me to decide about purchasing this one. Although I would never buy a fragrance, because of the actress I love, if I didn't like the smell of it or had a good chemistry.

Miracle is a good name (I didn't say good fragrance, just good name), the concept is not bad either. So what about the fragrance. I couldn't say yuck, it is not exactly unpleasant. Does it mean it is any good? Nope. Wait, maybe. Make a dishwashing liguid out of it. The name will work to: "Just one drop and your dishes will sparkle, it's a Miracle."

I had a client yesterday that wore a scent that grabbed my attention. The only reason it did was because it smelled familiar, but at the same time, it smelled really nice and fresh on her. I asked her what perfume she was wearing, and to my surprise she said "Miracle". That was odd because that wasn't what the fragrance reminded me of. I remember trying Miracle back when it first was launched, and I wasn't too thrilled with it because it reminded me alot of BLV by Bulgari (I usually stear clear of copycat fragrances). For some reason though, Miracle smelled like 5th Avenue on her, which is a fragrance I like. So I am now even more convinced that Miracle is a copycat type scent because it can be copmared to many different fragrances. However, I'll still rank it a 4 because it smelled really nice on my customer.

I really liked this scent for a good long amount of time. However,it never seems to soften on my skin and fade away just enough not to smell it constantly every time I moved. I wanted it to lighten gradually like most perfumes, but at last had to return it. Maybe just a sample from now on first...

I went from PE/360 to Oui to Miracle and couldn't be happier. It goes well with my chemistry unlike others that change throughout the day. We all have a different chemistry and take to scents differently, but the floral scents in Miracle are perfect for me. I can wear it all day and by days end there is still a soft scent of it on my skin. Have had more compliments with Miracle than Oui, which I still use every so often, but nothing beats Miracle. I give 2-thumbs-up!

This one could be just great without those horrible pepper notes that don't go with a fragrance that was suposed to be light and transparent. Everythig else in this perfume really is transparent and fine, but those strong pepper notes...uggghhh...what a pitty!

What a beautiful, feminine fragrance! It's one of the few that men notice and comment on favorably. A word of caution, though...it fades REALLY quickly! You definitely need to layer it with the matching body lotion...

This is a great spring/summer fragrance. It's light and sparkling but it's still strong enough to make a statement. I would describe it as a spicy floral with some sweetness to it. There's almost a grapefruit smell to it, although that is not one of the notes. Kinda reminds me of Chance, but Chance has a little more of a citrus-candy smell.

I bought the roll one fragrence. I loved the smell, plus it easliy fit in my purse. However the perfume itself is too sweet. Same smell but the roll on is just softer.

I notice how many of you either love the perfume or hate it. I think that perfume really depends on your scent- for example the kind of soap,lotion, or laundry detergent you use and your "natural" scent (pheromones). Perfume also has a lot to do with personality. I myself love this fragrance because I feel it suits me well. When people smell it they think of me because I wear it all the time. For those of you that are Dove/Caress/Tide users,I think it's wonderful but then again- it's only an opinion.

I asked someone who was wearing this what is was. Bought it. Thought I had wrong scent. But after I put it on. Oh la la. First day I had it on, a lady stopped me in the aisle to ask what that beautiful scent was that I was wearing.

But I can't! I just find it to be way too sweet for my own personal taste. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't like it on someone else! Fragrance is a very subjective thing, based on personal chemistry and taste. That's why I'm glad there are so many to choose from. While Miracle won't find a place in my collection, I'm glad so many others are having luck with it.

I find the original Miracle a little too understated for my taste. But I like the Miracle Intense very much. It has a sexier overtone to it and my man absolutely loves it! Yeah baby, Intense is exactly right.

I can't figure out why I loved it so much when I first wore it. Because after a few days, It became so nauseating at a restaurant that i started scrubbing it off crazily with a napkin dunked in my water glass. It wouldn't budge, so I headed to the bathroom to soap it off. I swear I was actually about to vomit. I force myself to wear it sometimes because I feel bad that I made my hubby buy it for my birthday, but believe me, I only spray on a tiny TINY bit from VERY far away. In that case the scent graduates from stinky, to interesting and somewhat pretty.

Sweet yet very refreshing scent. I love it!!

Very artificial. I don't care if someone near me wears it, because it is not overpowering in a way that some Orientals are, but I can't wear it myself. I was very disspointed with that perfume: I expected a light, airy, ozonic fragrance, and instead I experienced only a harsh, average, sharp floral, with some peppery tones of course, like most of the recent fragrances :-(

What a beautiful light fragrance. I've read all the negative posts here and luckily have my own mind and opinion. It is just a wonderful scent. I read some of the posts here that mentioned how there are so many other great fragrances out there, and while this may be true, i happened to see people put 5 stars by garbage can scents like adrienne vittadini, so i'll think for myself thanks.

When Miracle was introduced, I was working for Lancome, so I got a free big bottle of it at the launch event. Believe me, I *wanted* to like it! But it's too sharp smelling for me. I don't know what notes I'm smelling in it, but I don't like them. When I smell it on others, I'm not impressed. I don't gag or anything, but I don't think it smells terrific, either. The only fragrance from Lancome that I liked is O Oui. It didn't give me a headache, and I did get lots of compliments when I wore it. I had expected so much of Miracle because of all the hype surrounding it at its launch, but I should have figured that if I disliked their Tresor fragrance, there was a decent chance that Miracle would disappoint, too. And for me, it did. I wanted to like it so I could be enthusiastic when I sold it, and because I could get it free whenever I needed it, but it didn't work out that way, unfortunately.

Very sharp - flowery, with a bit of peppery smell.

This fragrance is very nice. I personally prefer it in the summer - it is a bit lighter. To me - it has a bit of a 'sharp' sent when first put on and one doesn't need much - it's so personal! Good luck!

I sampled this scent 3 times in the past and I was not impressed. Just an ok i thought. But yesterday I tried it for the first time on skin and it was a totally different experience. What a beautifull scent!!! Very similar to Glamourous but best balanced. Try it on skin. You will see the difference.

I am not sure about this fragarance, it's not horrible but it can be annoying, it's powdery and I can smell peaches even though it is not in the formula. I will not be repurchasing this one.

I came to read what others would say about my favorite perfume, assuming everyone would love; however, I was wrong. Everyone I know, men and women, compliment me on it when I wear it. Whenever I wear something else, my boyfriend tells me he doesn't like it as much as my other one (i.e. Miracle). Oh well, I guess it just melds well with my body chemistry.

It seems to It would be an excellent rating if it lasted.

first time i smelled this perfume on my friend i didn' t really think it was all that, i don't think that i even liked ... but on me it smells totally different...smells flowery sweet but spicy...i'm not in love with this perfume, but it has gotten me a lot of compliments, more then my favorites (J'adore and Jean PAul Gualitier) so i would totaly recomended it just this perfume doesn't work for everyone's chemistry ... i think u got to go to the store and try it and if it works for you ... then you might have found your new signature perfume;)

I love Miracle and I smelled this version of Miracle in Italy. It's similar but warmer. Does anyone know it? What do you think about? Does it seem similar or completely different compared to the old version?

This is a amazing smelling perfume. Smelled a bunch of perfumes with my gf today at department stores and this one was truly amazing. Has a lingering addicting scent that is very powerful.This is good stuff.

Lauder's Pleasures, but doesn't have the staying power. I think it's a tad overpriced...

I work in the nursing field. This is the only perfume I can wear (that last all day) that isn't overpowering. I get compliments all the time - even from patients. They don't mind smelling something that smells like flowers.

without ginger and pepper in it, it would be a nice, transparent, light ("ozonic") fragrance.

... that i actually found a perfume i can wear! most make me sick. my coworker wears this, and i thought she smelled so nice that i had to try it myself. great scent. it kind of mellows into a sweet musk i think. i recommend it for those who hate strong overpowering perfumes but would still like a hint of feminine allure.

This frangance lasts all day, but it's not so strong that it's overwhelming like most parfums. It has a sweet and sexy smell. (It's not sweet like a rose scent, which I hate.)

well,the real miracle would be to stay conscious after catching a whif of this truly revolting brew!I have never been wild about Lancome fragrances,but this is truly an assault on the senses.Jeez,if my floor cleaner reeked like that I'd switch brands.Ladies,if you want a fruity-floral,try Jaipur,Gio,Desnuda, and all the other high quality perfumes that are already out there but please have mercy on yourselves and the rest of us mortals,besides,if you're going to to spend the money anyway,why not spend it on something good?

It's not all it's cracked up to be! I bought a bottle and turned around and sold it to a co-worker, not for me!

This smells wonderful, but it doesn't last as all. A co-worker of mine wears it and by the time she gets to work in the morning, you can't even smell it!

The sales lady bragged to me about how Lancome only uses all-natural ingredients in their perfumes, and that this scent was their most popular to date. No. It had a citrusy-antiperspirant smell to it for the first two hours that was really obnoxious. It finally mellowed to a soft but unimpressive musk. It's just not for me.

Miracle and sometimes it behaves as the greatest perfume in the world, but not always! When I first tried it I thought that it smelled like cheap after-shave or bug spray. After a while a gave it a second try and I loved it: soft, floral ,modern and feminine! My boyfriend likes it and he says that he feels a strange feeling in his stomach every time that he smells it on someone else in the street! I wear it almost everyday, but first I put a little drop to see tha "day" react! then, if good, I spray on a good amount!

this scent has reacts with your body chemistry.Whenever I wear people tell i smell like I am wearing bug repellant or insecticide.While think it smells light,friuty and sexy.Some notes may be too sharp and may cause a bitter sweet scent after a period of time.

This is a very unusual perfume. I understand why some people love it and some people hate it. It seems to change with body chemistry quite a bit. Sometimes when I put it on it's just too sharp and floral and doesn't dry down to anything, yet sometimes turns out just lovely and warm. And this is just one person's skin! I think it's better for warm weather, in winter the top sharp notes might be lingering around too long for my taste.

The "miracle" would have been having this fragrance last on me. I sprayed it on in the store, it smelled very light,flowery and pretty-and the scent did not last for any significant amount of time. Glad I tried it on first :-)

Well.It is allright. More sensual then most of the 'fresh-scents'. It bothers me to smell too much of it on someone, really I am fed up with these sharp perfumes, in warm weather I prefer something soft or nothing, not these sharp pungent smells

this is one of the best perfumes i've ever tried..it's super strong so all you need is a drop on the neck and wrists to last you the whole day... i wish it came in a bigger quantity and lower price though... :(

Got it as a pressie from my sister. It's okay, kind of raspberry and flowers, but I'm not really wild about it. I think because it is so light and fresh it's quite a good fragrance for the office.

To all of you who like Miracle: try new C. Dior's *Forever and Ever* (limited edition!!!). It is quite similar to Miracle, but a bit softer, and - for me - much better. Perfect spring scent (water jasmine, ivy leaf, freesia, wild rose, geranium, and the base note of vanilla, musc...) Very nice!

I like this fragrance the more I experience it..very romantic

I found that it does not last and the fragrance is much too subtle. Can't understand what the big deal is about this fragrance. There are others out there that are far superior. Wouldn't waste my money on it.

I received this as a gift and went back to buy the lotion. I lost the perfume when we moved. My fiance loves this fragrance and so do I! I love to layer this scent. Very romantic. I'm buying more. A.

I bought it last spring. I used to like it (so-so), but now I have more than a half bottle full. I can't even imagine to wear it now in winter and cold weather, it's very harsh floral. I don't like it, not a bit, any more. I'm sorry...who knows - when spring comes...

If you like White Linen perfume, you will love this. To me, this is a classy weekend scent for daytime.

This fragance is my favorite, is an indescriptible sense, I feel high when I put it on, it remembers me my wedding.

I agree with you - it is very good for day time wearing and it is very longlasting, but I agree with those who say that it is an average floral scent. Lancome didn't make anything spectacular with this fragrance. It is not unique, and there are many very similar floral scents...Some women like only heavier, oriental perfumes, other like lighter, floral scents. I hate heavy scents,but Miracle is a litle bit too flowery for my taste. Also, I believe that it's just perfect for some girls, right match just for them. It depends on the type of the woman. We all here are invited to say our own opinion. And we can't all have the same taste.

Something in his style, something in his words, something in his smile - it's a MIRACLE to me. Oh my God, I'm so in love and he doesn't call me... Miracle is a floral perfume - you must decide for yourself do you like it or not...For me it's average. But he is something special to me...Augh...Love troubles...

An average, floral fragrance.

This is a light, but sexy fragance. There is only two other perfumes that I will wear. This one is for daytime, yet is sexy.

Too floral, but sharp (not soft-floral)! It is very lasting, it is fresh, clean, but it is not sexy. Noone I know is crazy about it. My husband bought it to me, but he was kind of dissapointed. He thinks it's nothing special,and I agree. Anyway it's kind of refreshing, light (but as I said very lasting), nice for spring, definitely for daytime not for evening. If you are kind of self-confident, strong woman it's not for you.

I used to work for Lancome in the past ,I really didnt like the fragrances they had carried at the time ,While I browsing thru a magazine I noticed this new fragrance called "Miracle" So I ventured out to try and buy ....I personally liked the fragrance -But my luck w/others was not as great ....I rarely was complimented on this fragrance -My own mother said" that it smelled like bug spray "So,of course I was affended .I asked my boyfriend what he thought adn he really did not care for it .All and all I no longer wear this fragrance ,But I indeed had a liking to it .So ,if you do wear it ,enjoy it .I really honestly thought it was an intriugingly different fragrance .

Miracle is a great smell! It is light, but also spicy. I love the fact that you can smell the spice throughout the fragrance, not just when you put it on or during the dry down.
