Couldnt smell the coffee notes, but this one has a sweet and spicy notes. Quite a masculine smell, defintely a good buy. I wish the longevity was not low.

Good scent

Reminds me slightly of Old Spice like my grandfather wore back in the day. I got this for my husband because he is looking for a coffee fragrance, and I was hopeful this would be perfect.. but it's just not quite what he was hoping for. It's not a bad smell, like at all, but don't pin your hopes on it being the coffee fragrance you're looking for. The leather really comes through strong, it's a very masculine scent.

A well layered and complex fragrance. Starts of strong, everything at once; sweetness, spices, woody...then settles and comes in waves. People can smell it close to you but in a pleasant way- lots of compliments. Great to try but will need to own for sure.

Great scent, my fiancé loves it. She says that it is very masculine and sexy. Very strong at first then is more fragrant after a few seconds. I am a smoker and feel that there is still a good scent even after a couple hours and a few smokes.

at first sniff it reminded me of Girl of Now by Elie Saab but a male version of that fragrance - kind of like a cookie smell, but that fades away after about 40min. and becomes more darker and bitter. smells like a deep rich dark chocolate bar with hazelnuts. projects extremely well !

Great scent it doesn’t last long.

It smells like powdery cocoa and woods, and dry coffee grounds. It's sweet, but not very sugary. It's dry, no syrupy gooey notes to hold it back. But, it's still compelling and strong. I'd place this age-wise as late 20s to early 30s. You've grown up, but are young enough that going to a club isn't going to ruin you. On a personal note: I was promised nutella. This does not smell like nutella on me or my husband. It's definitely *very manly* at the onset. But, after about 20 minutes, I think the right kind of woman could pull it off (if you can wear Shalimar original - you could wear this). That said, it is *manlymanly24/7* on my husband, and unisex on me. Goes to show that the same fragrance can smell wildly different on 2 different people.

Pleasant cologne thats not too overpowering but does not last long either. It's like Curve for men mixed with Michael Jordan Cologne. I'd recommend.

This is the first time that I am trying this cologne. I have heard great things about Valentino, but was afraid to commit to a $100 bottle (Even though the bottle is beautiful). First Impression: The scent is soft and not overwhelming. The combination of outdoors mixed with the indoor aroma of coffee, it is a scent that can be easily worn around the office and after work. What I did not like: It does not last long. I have been testing this cologne the last couple of days, and the scent dies out in minutes from applying. I can smell it when I put it on, but others around me don't. If I had to compare this cologne to an inexpensive one, I would compare it to the Avon Mesmerize Black. Overall it is great, but I don't think i will be buying the full bottle anytime soon.

Very nice fragrance and sexy...but like others have said it doesnt last very long and no one seems to notice it. I think most people want a cologne that is not overpowering but is at least there in close proximity.

I also do get a slight tinge of a makeup vibe but it's masked by a sweet woody scent.

I am simply delighted whit Valentino I red that on some people does not last on me stays for hours I guess is different on every person.

I really hate writing a harsh review, but Valintino oumo is like the very least you should expect from fine cologne. I noticed someone gave it only two stars, thats jusr bogus. He\She is entitled to their opinion but Uomo might deserve alittle better then that. The scent is so safe, you couldn't possibly offend anyone with it; but its not for the bold to say the least. I feel, more so after reading some of the other reviews, that anyone familiar with this cologne would like it much more if it lasted longer.

I love this cologne!! Its going to be Great for fall. As I was reading other reviews. There was talk of it not lasting long. I felt ot lasted several hours.

3 stars only because of it's lack of fortitude. It smells great - but doesn't stick around long...like fresh baked cookies at my house.

Smells nice when first applied. This is the epitome of a "mobile cologne" due to its lack of staying power. After about an hour, you will be ready to reapply.
