I like the scent, I don't think it gives grandma like the other reviews say. I was disappointed that the scent didn't last very long at all. Would consider purchasing a full size bottle if the scent lasted.

I am still not too sure about this scent. When I first sprayed it, it immediately smelled strong. There was something about it that I didn’t like right away, it had a slight distinct beer smell to it. I am not a beer fan so immediately I wasn’t fond of it which also has made me hesitant to spray on my person. The floral scent still has me smelling it from my wrist but I feel I may have to try it a few more times and spray on my whole person just to see.

I was expecting this fragrance to be a little lighter with more amber/rose smells. But it's reminds me more of a lightly floral scented body powder, the kind that had the big puff. It smells like a warm hug from your gramma at Sunday dinner. Makes me want to put on a warm cardigan and sit by the fire.

This has a very intense scent to it. Reminds me of a rich older woman. Not totally in love with it but I don't hate it either. It tends to linger on my clothes well when I spray it on. But as the day goes it doesn't smell as appealing.

When I first sprayed it on I really didn’t like it. After it dried it was much better. I gave it a chance for a few hours and had a hard time deciding whether or not I liked it. After that time was over I decided that it was just okay. I don’t really like or love it. I was really hoping that I would. I think it’s just a little to floral and powdery for me.

This is a really nice scent! However, I feel that it is not the popular kind of fragrance, as it is an unique combination: you get the rose notes right away, and it does smell a bit a sweet, which can be overpowering at first if that's not your type of smell. However, as time goes by, you start getting that peach fruity, champagne tones that make you feel fresh, and made me a fan of this perfume.

First off let me say that I’m not really into anything rose scented, but I actually liked this one. It isn’t over powering & is very soft, feminine & a little powdery. Although this isn’t an instant favorite, I still appreciate it & like having it around.

I expected some floral notes due to having "Rose" in the name but this fragrance was immensely musky and harsh. Zero rose notes detected nor anything close to floral or light.

Lovely scent. Doesn’t last more than an hour. Wouldn’t pay full price bc of that.

It took me a few times to like this perfume in the beginning it was too light then started to get stronger as the sprayer was allowing more product to come out at once. It does remind me of 212 VIP (Gold bottle) but softer. 212 VIP is my favorite perfume ever so this one is a good alternative for it if I want something lighter. It also does not last on me too long.

I ended up using my first exchange on this one.

I really wanted to like this one more, but with my chemistry it smells more “floral” then I like and sometimes reminds me of an old lady...I thought with the description stating “gourmand” it would be on the sweeter side, but again it might just be the way it mixes with me.

It smelled pretty at first but dried down unpleasantly with my chemistry. I wouldn’t consider it “old lady” or “mature” whatever that means. It was too sweet for me and not enchanting enough to want to wear everyday. It lasted several hours. I returned it for Valentino Donna.

I love this scent. I understand everyone is different (thank God) but this fragrance mixes with my chemistry perfectly. I get a little sweet, spicy and floral all wrapped up beautifully and it tends to last around 6-8 hrs. Sometimes I can still catch it lingering when I first wake up. This is a perfume that I will definitely be adding to my list.

Beautiful fragrance and long lasting. It does have a strong rose note, as others have mentioned. But it shouldn’t be a surprise since the fragrance name literally has the word rose in it. So I don’t understand the ones who gave it one star for the rose scent. Regardless, I sprayed it into the air tibtest it and everyone who smelled it mentioned how nice it smells.

This dcentvhas a base similar to Chance Chanel but more toned down, with a floral added to it. It smells like the smell of Nordstrom when you first walk in...seriously, oh always thought Nordstrom had a distinct smell and this reminded me exactly of shopping there! Its sophisticated and mature but can be pulled off by any aged modern woman. It has a spicy woodsy aroma with slight florals and slight musk. If you want to know what it smells like, go walk into your local Nordstrom store :) I gave it 4 stars because I wouldn't wear it everyday. Its more of an evening or weekend scent to me. But if you can't stand Chance Chanel don't go with this one. And if you like Chance Chanel you will love this one!

Starts out as a very fresh clean rose, sparkling champagne and a touch of peach/nectarine. The dry down leaves the rose as the star of the show but a much softer powdery version where the amber and woodsy notes are subtle but anchor the fragrance nicely. The sillage is moderate in the first few hours, fading to low after 6. However i could still catch the faintest scent by the end of my day. Id recommend this scent to any woman its neither young nor old, very classic, elegant and sexy. I'd wear this kind of scent in the spring/summer, to a lunch or on a summer date.
