I agree with reviewer Christina. It doesn't smell like I remember it from the dept store, I remember it smelling fruity and delicious. But this is sharp, like something a lady in an office smells like in 1998. Which is very Donna Karan I guess, but I almost wonder if this is a different scent.

I remember smelling this in a department store and loving it so I added it to my list and this does not smell anything like the one from the store. I don’t know if this was labeled wrong on accident but it has a powdery, elderly smell and not the fresh crisp notes from the tester I got in the store. This one actually made my eyes water and I started coughing. Luckily, I sprayed it on a piece of paper and not my skin.

Another smells like apple and woody at first but then finished with a almost delightful clean soap smell. But these were on 4 different women ranging in ages from 17 to 39. So deliciously yummy. It's beautiful and original. Fresh and fruity, sweet and floral without being too much so. It's all nicely balanced with no one scent overpowering the other one. Be Delicious is the perfect name. I will definitely be trying every version of this one. I would give 5* if it lasted a bit longer.

I debated between 2 and 3 stars. It's just not the scent for me. I've tried to incorporate this scent in with others I use to help use it up, but I still have like half a bottle left and it's been months. It's not sweet enough, and that's totally just personal preference. I like over the top almost sickeningly sweet scents- candy, marshmallow, gourmand, pear, peach, raspberry notes. This one just isn't sweet enough, but I can't say it's a terrible scent. Just not my thing.

I wanted to love this scent. When I initially sprayed it, it had a nice fresh, fruity/floral combination and I could definitely smell the apple coming though. But, as it sat on my skin for a while, the fruity notes disappeared and It became very matronly. Many complain that the scent fades too fast, but it was still going STRONG after 2 hours until i decided to wash my arms. My 17 year old son and my boyfriend both commented that I smelled like an old lady without being prompted. I’ve returned it for an exchange.

I love this perfume! I smelled it years ago on my older cousin and asked her the name of it, I can't believe I remembered it after all these years but I did. It's an awesome balance between youthful and not a childs perfume. My only complaint about it is that it doesn't last very long, at least not on me. I put 1 spray on in the morning and it stays for maybe 3-4 hours before it's gone. If I do more than 1 spray then it makes the perfume smell too strong to me and it brings out entirely different notes. I will definitely be buying a full bottle of this!

Since I have now rcvd 3 emails telling me I need to leave a review I decided to do just that. I rcvd this fragrance bc I hadn't placed a new pick for last month. I returned it almost immediately bc I already knew I wasn't going to like it. Although its scent accents others perfectly, it does not do the same for me. From bottle to body the smell loses translation and it becomes something I simply do not care for. Again, on others it's amazing and I'm glad that it works for them bc DKNY is a great brand and their apple line is phenomenal!

Very fresh, delightful scent.

The scent is very powerful; almost overbearing at first. However, it wears off in a very short amount of time- maybe a couple of hours or so. Also, I normally like fruity smells, but this one is a bit too tart for me. I’m also not a fan of floral scents so maybe that’s why I’m not a huge fan.

Great daytime scent, which is a light and fresh. My husband really liked Be Delicious!

Nice fresh, clean and feminine fragrance. Reminds me of spring and summer because of the cucumber. It last all day and night on my skin. I’ll spray it at night and wake up smelling it. On my skin, I definitely smell the cucumber and magnolia. It dries down to a cucumbery magnolia fresh of the shower smell. Personally not what I would purchase because I’m looking for more of a sweet, floral and sophisticated fragrance so I’m anxious to try golden delicious. I definitely want to keep trying the DKNY line because of the longevity.

I have mixed feelings about this scent- it definitely smells fresh and clean, but it's far too sweet for me. My first impression was that it smelled like the kind of body spray a teenager would buy. I loved this scent a few years ago. It was a crisp and fresh aroma that stuck with me for a loooong time. I know body chemistry changes, and I've found that it now smells more sweet than fresh. It's still nice, but I don't reach for it as often as I used to.

I love this sweet scent. It's a little strong at first but it calms down within 30 or so mins. For me because I am sensitive to perfume I have to spray it around my stomach area for it not to give me a headache. And it work beautifully.

This has been one of my favorite smells since 2008, I finally ran out of my large bottle while trying scent box so I got a small one since I can't let go of it. Smells so yummy, fruity, sexy, and LAST FOREVER! I spray it on a shirt and I can still smell it even after its been in the laundry basket for a week. People can smells me from a solid distance away or walking into a place I just was, it consumes the air.

This was my second fragrance & I have to be honest, at first I wasn’t sold on it. It kind of smelled like hairspray when I first applied it. But after a few minutes, that chemical/hairspray smelling top layer disappeared leaving a wonderful scent! A very fruity summer scent that is plateful & flirty while not being too childish. Definitely recommend if you are looking for something unique to with a tiny add to your perfume lineup this summer. Will be great for all occasions.

Dkny Be Delicious, When I first purchased this scent for my two scents of the month I didn't know that It was going to be my number one personal favorite perfume! It smells so good and the scent lasts a long time for three to five sprays! I purchased two of the 3.4oz bottle on amazon for $32 each if you are looking for a cheaper option of buying the bigger size go there! other than that an amazing scent! This perfume has a unique scent, but it almost smells soapy to me... it started off w a strong alcohol scent but then calms down to fruity, floral and "cool" smelling. I like the Paris version better, but can't hate this one.

OMG, this was my first scent from DKNY and I'm infatuated with it! My ex soul sister left behind a bottle of this Dollar Store perfume at my house. It was in the shape of an green apple and it was called Be Delightful. For the past, oh, I don't know, four or five months, I've been squirting this perfume on me. I came across an ad for Scentbird. Shhh...don't tell Scentbox. *winks* Well I soon discovered that my Apple perfume was an imposter of DKNY Be Delicious. So As my first try at this other site, I tried my "Apple bottle". I was NOT disappointed whatsoever! Everyday, that little canister got used and the compliments, keep them coming!!! LOL. Now that I have changed to Scentbox, which I have yet to receive my monthly box, it contains not one, but two "Apple bottle" flavors as I call them. I had no idea there were so many!!! I can't wait! Honestly though, Be Delicious, will ALWAYS BE my number one favorite! I am so thrilled to have finally found the real McCoy! And it did not offend my senses! Hee hee PLUS, I am glad I found this site!

One of my all time fragrances! My mother use to wesr this all the time when I was younger. So it's one of those scents that carries a lot of nostalgia for me. I've always love the the crisp, bright, and airiness that has made it such a staple in any modern day womens arsinal. It was as classic in the making that will stand the test of time.

It’s a very light subtly sweet frangrace a little more subtle than I expected but I actually really enjoy it! I also think my step mom will love it and I may end up ordering another month supply to give her as a gift.

I've been wearing Be Delicious for years. The smell is so versatile and unoffensive in any setting if you just want to smell good. As the bottle would suggest, its primary note is apple. On me, the scent is ultimately tart apple + florals, and it is not the most complex or lingering of all perfumes. What I like is its versatility. If I'm just going out and want a casual smell, I grab Be Delicious. If I want to smell good without having a knockout perfume or without standing out too much, I grab this. I can wear it in any setting, and I never get simply sick of it. Having said that, it isn't the strongest, and it doesn't linger the longest. It's easy to forget that I'm wearing it, and reapplication is necessary for an all-day situation. Youthful, casual, and everyday wear.

I love the smell of this fragrance. It's a light floral smell. The only thing that bothers me with it is it doesn't stay on me for that long. Now I am a plus size woman and it is VERY HOTTT where I am so I could be sweating it off so I'll probably save the rest of this until the colder months and see how this last on me. So for all my ladies who sweat a lot in the heat you may have to do a couple extra sprays during the day to keep this smell on ya! :)

Unfortunately, I did not like this fragrance, which is unusual for me to say since I generally LOVE apple scents (especially green apple). On me, this scent is sooo sour and really sharp. It is so sharp that it almost smells metallic. For those who can wear it, it would be great in the summer time, as it is a bright and sunny fragrance. I really wish that it would have worked for me. My co-worker wears this and it smells lovely on her!

I found out from a perfume consultant that not all people can wear the same kind of perfumes..Everyone's body chemistry is different so it will react differently with some scents. I personnally can wear this fragrance and absolutely LOVE IT!! Too bad for the people that can't... LOL
